Sunday Morning Worship Options
During COVID-19 our Sunday morning worship happens via a livestream video feed. You can watch live at 10am or anytime later in the week. We will continue to focus on this medium for worship as a safe option for those who need to limit physical contact during the pandemic.
The state of North Carolina is using a county alert system to dictate the severity of COVID-19 spread and what measures need to be taken to control it. When Jackson County is at “yellow” or “orange,” we will allow up to 30 people to attend Sunday worship in-person. When Jackson County is at “red” attendance will be limited to staff only.
Unfortunately, Jackson County is at “red” as of 12/9/2020. Anticipating that things will not improve until after the holidays, we are suspending in-person, indoor gatherings until at least 1/4/2021 (when our office reopens after the holidays). We’ll watch the county alert system and be ready to welcome an in-person congregation back as soon as we downgrade to orange or yellow.
